Strength Class

The expertise of a personal trainer, delivered in an intensive small group setting, utilizes a variety of weights and machines to build strength and muscle.  Each class is strategically designed to push your limits, strengthen all muscle groups, and encourage you to progress further!

Arriving in this class, be prepared to bring focus and power to your movement. Shoes are not permitted in the weight room at any time. This is a class for all athletic abilities. Bring water and your A-game at every opportunity!

Revolution Cadence

A high energy, higher cadence, rhythm-driven, beat-fest, designed for maximizing your pedal revolutions & heart palpitations. This ride will push your endurance training to the next level with an instructor’s guidance, our Zone console color motivating tachometer, and the FIRE riders possess.

 

Arriving for this class, be prepared to increase your blood flow, increase the oxygen coursing through your body, and increase your aerobic performance. Reminder, if you’re a Spinner, you must Grind also.

This is a recommended ride for all fitness levels.

Consultations

Our Nutrition coach will help clients make healthier food
choices and lifestyle changes to improve their health and
well-being. While nutrition coaches don’t treat disease, they empower clients with the knowledge they might need to make the best food choices for their distinct situations and goals. 4 Points Fitness Nutrition Consultations are included in a committed member package. Non-members, please get in touch with 4 Points Fitness for an appointment. It is important to understand, that any level of athlete, who works hard is required to fuel hard as well.
